Our mission
Use evidence, communication, and practical action to affect climate change.
ACC exists in part to counter climate misinformation and propaganda that contradict established scientific evidence. We publish source-based news, explain climate data in plain language, and make the underlying record easier to find and verify.
Information alone is not enough. ACC also presents practical solutions, helps people connect through a growing community, and uses the Sustainable Living Guide and Sustainability Companion to turn individual choices into sustained action. The Guide Goals page models how participation at different scales could affect total U.S. greenhouse-gas emissions.
